Free Weights

  • Free weights are less expensive and they allow you to train anywhere you want. This means you will not be physically bound to a gym, you can work out at home if you want.
  • They are great if you don’t have a lot of time to train and build muscle.
  • You can variate your training and lift weights in a variety of ways.
  • Free weights are focused on muscle stabilization
  • One can opt for a multitude of motion types
  • You get to train for functional movements

Cons:

  • You can’t use free weights right off the bat, it requires some skill and training
  • If you want to lift the heavy free weights you will need a helper
  • You can injure yourself if you don’t use these in a proper manner.

As you can see, both workout machines and free weights are amazing if you want to lift free weights fast and with the very best results. The value you can get here is great and the outcome can be worth it.
